Election Integrity

Welcome! Thank you for your interest in securing our elections. This is a non-partisan issue that affects every voter. Since 2022, our committee has investigated local election processes and results. We have discovered serious irregularities. These irregularities point to widespread manipulation enabled by digital voting systems introduced decades ago.

Our findings in Marin align with those from similar investigations nationwide. This includes efforts by NY Citizens Audit and United Sovereign Americans. We are building on our work by expanding our Election Observation Team and launching a Voter Roll Task Force.

Unfortunately, the Voter’s Choice Act was imposed without voter approval. It has made our elections even more vulnerable. This Act removes local control. It allows mass ballot mailings and extends voting over two months. In one Marin election, we found nearly 8,000 ballots uncounted—more than enough to alter results.

Private voting system contractors operate with little transparency. Thousands of Marin’s registered voters are ineligible. Yet, ballots are mailed to them. If completed and returned, they are counted.

We’re asking the County to adopt key reforms, including:

  • Clean voter rolls
  • One-day, in-person voting on paper ballots
  • Photo ID to vote
  • Repeal of the Voter’s Choice Act
  • Restoration of the Precinct Election System
  • Hand counting at the precinct level
  • Elimination of drop boxes and mass vote-by-mail
