Now is the Time to Volunteer

We need your help now to get solid Republicans into statewide office. They must get past the primary in June to get into general election in November. Don’t believe the hype of Republicans making it into the “top two.” It is intended to keep Republicans from voting in the primary.

We must get Republicans out to vote, and get them to vote the entire ballot. Your help is needed now, and there are several ways you can provide that help.

One way is to help us mail 3.5″ x 8.5″ cards explaining why voting in the primary and voting the full ballot is important. On the other side are 11 America First statewide candidates that deserve our vote.

Doorhanger Delivery by US Mail

Thousands of envelopes have already been addressed by hand by Carol Ekelund. She needs help inserting door hangers into the envelopes, affixing stamps and adding return address stamps. Complete the form below and she will contact you.

Doorhanger Hand Delivery by Teams

Teams of 3 to 4 people will gather in a staging area at Miwok Park. The meeting time is 9:00 am on Saturday, April 4, 2026. Miwok Park is at 2200 Novato Blvd, Novato, CA 94947. Complete the form below and you will be contacted by Walter Jensen or Frank Drouillard.

Each team will be given a package of maps, address lists, rolls of blue tape and bundles of door hangers. They will then be dispersed to begin delivering door hangers in their assigned areas. We will return the Miwok Park staging area at 1:00 pm for a pizza lunch provided by the Marin GOP.

This effort will be repeated as necessary to finish the City of Novato. It will be duplicated in Corte Madera, San Rafael and Mill Valley as needed to complete those cities. The goal is to finish by mid-May by which time all voters have received their the mail-in-ballots. Stay tuned to this web page for updates.

The hand delivery teams will hand over their lists when they’ve finished a neighborhood. Houses they missed will be mailed a door hanger, so handwriting and envelope stuffing teams will continue to meet. Stay tuned to this web page for updates.

The best way to volunteer is to sign up below. Don’t worry, we won’t share your info with anyone. Make sure to check the appropriate checkboxes.

Field Volunteers

• Driver — Provide and drive pickup or an SUV with a tailgate. Gas costs reimbursed.
• Runner — Hop off or out of a pickup or SUV to place door hangers at homes.
• Navigator — Ride shotgun to direct the driver and runners using pre-drawn maps and address lists.

Home or Office Volunteers

• Mapper — Prepare and highlight maps of streets and districts to be used by the navigator.
• Addresser — Stamp and-write addresses on envelopes for mailing to specific voters.
• Listmaker — Create lists of voter addresses organized by number, street and city.
