Would you like to receive property tax exemptions that are available to seniors in Marin County? Then join Toni Shroyer of Coldwell Banker from 1:oo to 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 10th at Drake’s Landing in Greenbrae. This event is sponsored by the Marin County Republican Central Committee (Marin GOP). Toni will help you find and apply for the property tax exemptions available to you. Attendance is free but please RSVP below.

You will need to bring your real estate tax bill, your drivers license and latest tax returns. All exemptions apply to owner-occupied properties for seniors 65 and older. Most exemptions require a tax return showing an AGI of $100,000 or less. However, there are several available by age limit only. Come find out and apply for the exemptions you are eligible for. Toni will help you print, fill out and mail your forms before the June 1 deadline.
